GAAP/SEC Research & Projects Manager

A NASDAQ-listed communication company is currently seeking an experienced GAAP/SEC Research & Projects Manager to join a small team of individuals. The successful candidate will be handling, among other things, the following accounting functions:

  • Assist in calculating monthly stock-based compensation under 123 (R)
  • Plan administrator of the Company’s restricted unit stock and options
  • Conversion of foreign legal entities from functional currency to reporting currency
  • Fixed assets, including internally development projects
  • Inventory accounting
  • Liaison between external tax accountants and the Company
  • Assist in preparing 10-Q and10-K footnotes
  • Accounting research
  • Assist in 404 SOX compliance


Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting and be a CPA with a minimum of 5-7 years experience including a minimum of 2-3 years in public accounting with SEC experience. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, be energetic and be able to produce three (3) excellent working references. It is also preferred that the candidate have knowledge and/or experience with MAS200 and FRX.
