ORBCOMM: Where Data Drives Decisions

Sameer Agrawal joined ORBCOMM in 2024 as Chief Executive Officer to lead the company in its next pivotal phase of growth as a leading global provider of supply chain IoT technology. Mr. Agrawal has nearly 30 years of experience driving profitable growth through product portfolio and supply chain transformations as well as innovative software and service solutions in the industrial IoT, SaaS and big data markets across multiple verticals and geographies. His expertise spans strategy development, change acceleration, operational turnaround, process optimization and execution of complex go-to-market strategies driven by his entrepreneurial and innovative leadership style. He joined ORBCOMM from Honeywell, where he spent 12 years in various roles of increasing leadership responsibility, and most recently served as Vice President & General Manager of an over $1 billion multi-brand, multi-channel, multi-site IoT business in the building automation vertical within Honeywell. He held various management positions at GE and SAP prior to joining Honeywell. Mr. Agrawal received a M.B.A. from INSEAD Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Mumbai University. He holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certificate as well as three patents.

Marc Eisenberg joined ORBCOMM in 2002 and serves as Executive Chairman of ORBCOMM’s Board of Directors. He has held a number of executive leadership positions at ORBCOMM, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, ORBCOMM has grown exponentially, increasing annual revenue by 1,100% and subscribers by 515%. He has launched 62 low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellites on 11 rockets, acquired 14 companies, taken ORBCOMM public on the Nasdaq in 2006, and transitioned it back to a privately held company valued at $1.1 billion in a 2021 acquisition by GI Partners, all while solidifying ORBCOMM as a pioneer, technology disrupter and leader in the global industrial IoT market. Before joining ORBCOMM, Mr. Eisenberg was Senior Vice President of Cablevision Electronics Investments, where he was responsible, among other duties, for selling Cablevision services including video and Internet subscriptions through its retail channel. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at the consumer electronics company, The Wiz, he was responsible for more than 2,000 employees and $1 billion in annual sales.

Christian Mezger joined ORBCOMM in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. He supports the CEO in achieving financial objectives and key value creation initiatives, along with managing the company’s finance, global supply chain and information technology teams. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Anuvu since 2019, where he was responsible for finance, people services, legal, supply chain and information technology. Before that, he held several other leadership roles, including President and Chief Executive Officer at CMTSU Liquidation (formerly known as Ciber), Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ciber and Vice President of Technology Services at Hewlett Packard Company. He holds an MBA-equivalent degree in international business management with a specialization in international finance and international marketing from the University of Vienna. Named a Top 50 CFO by ONCONFERENCES and a Titan 100 award winner in 2023, Christian sits on the advisory board at UC Riverside for the Transformative Leadership Executive Program, and previously sat on the advisory board at the University of Denver’s School of Accountancy.

Fran Bogle joined ORBCOMM in 2021 and leads the global sales and marketing organization, including both enterprise and mid-market distribution channels. He is focused on optimizing the Company’s go-to-market strategy and accelerating growth in high-potential vertical markets. Prior to joining ORBCOMM, Mr. Bogle spent 16 years at Dell Technologies, where he held a number of sales leadership positions, and most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the U.S. Acquisitions business unit, spearheading Dell’s growth engine. Mr. Bogle was responsible for overseeing every aspect of the business, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance, and driving solution sales across all verticals of both enterprise and commercial channels with a team of 500 employees, achieving nearly $2B in revenue. Prior to Dell, he held sales and leadership positions at both PTC and Allegis Group (Tek Systems). Mr. Bogle has a B.S. in Marketing from Villanova University.

Andrew McCloskey joined ORBCOMM in 2023 and leads the company’s Technology and Innovation group, including software, platform and firmware development, Tier 3 customer support as well as third-party integrations and partnerships. He also oversees ORBCOMM’s long-term technology strategy, product evolution and future innovation. Mr. McCloskey has a wealth of experience leading large technology and operations teams focused on generating customer value, driving execution as a discipline and delivering market-leading industrial software based on a SaaS model. Prior to ORBCOMM, Mr. McCloskey was Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Research and Development for Schneider Electric-owned AVEVA, where he was responsible for the technology and product development for their industrial automation and engineering portfolio. He started his career at NASA, applying his aerospace engineering and computer science background on guidance systems for the US Space Program, and has held technology leadership positions at several successful start-up companies as well as Toshiba America. Mr. McCloskey holds several technical patents, and under his leadership his product development teams have created more than 100 new patents. He earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and attended University of Southern California for graduate studies in Aerospace Engineering.

Dave Roscoe joined ORBCOMM in 2015 through the company’s acquisition of SkyWave Mobile Communications and leads the Satellite Communications and Products group. Dr. Roscoe is responsible for ORBCOMM’s OG2, IDP and OGx satellite networks, as well as the design, development and volume manufacturing of ORBCOMM’s comprehensive IoT device portfolio. He has over 25 years of experience in engineering roles in the high-tech telecommunications sector and research environments, including executive and technical management roles. Prior to ORBCOMM, he held technical and executive positions at SkyWave Mobile Communications during the development of the GlobalWave and IDP satellite networks. He also worked for the Communications Research Center as a senior RF antenna design engineer, developing antennas from low frequency RF ID tags to Ka-band phased array communication antennas. Dr. Roscoe earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering along with a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with specializations in antennas and electromagnetics, all from the University of Manitoba. He holds 10 patents, has been a contributor in 56 publications and was a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa.

Monica DeNeale joined ORBCOMM in 2023 and serves as the company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She leads ORBCOMM’s Legal team, which is responsible for global ethics and compliance, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, contract negotiation, intellectual property and commercial transactions. Ms. DeNeale provides strategic legal counsel to the executive leadership team to help drive ORBCOMM to a higher level of growth and leadership in the global industrial IoT industry. Prior to ORBCOMM, Ms. DeNeale was the General Counsel of Granicus, a Vista Equity and Harvest Partners company, Vice President and General Counsel, Americas at Hitachi Vantara and the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Hitachi Vantara Federal Corporation. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Ms. DeNeale has participated in and led legal organizations responsible for commercial and public sector software-as-a-service offerings, on premise software licensing and hardware products and solutions, as well as corporate governance, litigation, privacy and ethics and compliance. She received a B.A. degree from Virginia Wesleyan University and a J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Dean Milcos returned to ORBCOMM in 2023 as Interim Chief Financial Officer and currently serves as the company's Chief Accounting Officer. He is responsible for ORBCOMM's accounting function, including cost management, risk management, tax, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Mr. Milcos has more than 30 years of experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. In his previous experience at ORBCOMM from 2013 through 2021, he played a pivotal role in the company’s financial operations and accelerated growth, serving in several executive leadership roles such as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining ORBCOMM, Mr. Milcos held various accounting roles at Medco Health Solutions, serving as Vice President, Controllers Group, and was a Senior Manager at KPMG. Mr. Milcos received an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University.

Julie Spizuoco joined ORBCOMM in 2014 and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ORBCOMM’s IoT products and services from installation to deployment to customer support, leading a team of 150 employees in six countries, who provide 365x24x7 service in six languages. She received the elite designation as a Certified Transportation Professional from the National Private Truck Council in March 2022. Ms. Spizuoco has more than 25 years of experience in the communications industry leading large, global teams to create effective business models and process improvements that drive digital transformation and building a world-class customer experience in go-to-market organizations. Prior to joining ORBCOMM, Ms. Spizuoco was the Director of Network and Customer Operations at LightSquared and held several leadership positions managing the end-to-end, global operations at ClickFox, TeleTech and National CineMedia.  She also led the National Sales Support group at Sprint Nextel, where she was responsible for nearly 700 employees focused on the development and support of new customers and sales teams. Ms. Spizuoco is the Executive Sponsor for the ORBCOMM Women Connect employee resource group and also serves as the Vice Chair of Women in Technology’s nationwide Mentor-Protégé program. Julie has a B.S. in Information Systems from University of Phoenix and has completed Executive Leadership Programs with University of Maryland and Georgetown University.

Brenna Swann joined ORBCOMM in 2018 and leads the company’s human resources management for 800 employees spanning 25 countries around the world. Ms. Swann is responsible for all aspects of the employee experience, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, compensation and benefits, employee training as well as corporate services. She is committed to fostering a positive, dynamic and diverse corporate culture that empowers employees to come together as ONE ORBCOMM to drive innovation, deliver world-class IoT products and delight our customers. Ms. Swann has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and has served as a trusted business partner and strategic advisor for global technology companies, including General Dynamics and Viavi Solutions, as well as Loblaw Companies Ltd., Canada’s largest food retailer. Ms. Swann received a Diploma in Business Administration from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Human Resources from Athabasca University. She is also a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and has been a featured human resources expert in a number of industry publications.
