ARCHTYPE SIGNS IVAR AGREEMENT WITH ORBCOMM

Archetype Expects To Develop Communications Products That Combine ORBCOMM’s Satellite Services and Cellular Wireless Services

Fort Lee, NJ, November 29, 2007 –ORBCOMM (NASDAQ: ORBC) announced today Archetype has signed an International Value Added Reseller (IVAR) agreement. Archetype intends to begin offering ORBCOMM wireless services to new and existing customers.

ORBCOMM’s COO, Marc Eisenberg said, “With a wide range of applications that address multiple M2M markets, we expect Archetype to be a valuable addition to the ORBCOMM IVAR network.” He continued, “By leveraging ORBCOMM’s unique ability to offer inexpensive global two-way data communications, we expect Archetype to be able to provide a robust, secure international platform.”

Archetype’s “dual mode” products will allow users to access both ORBCOMM and terrestrial cellular networks, selecting the appropriate network depending on the user’s data messaging requirements. The first dual mode products are expected to be commercially available in early 2008.
