Chief Executive Officer, Board Member, President, VIACHAIN
Sameer Agrawal joined ORBCOMM in 2024 as Chief Executive Officer to lead the company in its next pivotal phase of growth as a leading global provider of supply chain IoT technology. Mr. Agrawal has nearly 30 years of experience driving profitable growth through product portfolio and supply chain transformations as well as innovative software and service solutions in the industrial IoT, SaaS and big data markets across multiple verticals and geographies.
His expertise spans strategy development, change acceleration, operational turnaround, process optimization and execution of complex go-to-market strategies driven by his entrepreneurial and innovative leadership style. He joined ORBCOMM from Honeywell, where he spent 12 years in various roles of increasing leadership responsibility, and most recently served as Vice President & General Manager of an over $1 billion multi-brand, multi-channel, multi-site IoT business in the building automation vertical within Honeywell. He held various management positions at GE and SAP prior to joining Honeywell.
Mr. Agrawal received a M.B.A. from INSEAD Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Mumbai University. He holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certificate as well as three patents.

Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer
Christian Mezger joined ORBCOMM in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. He supports the CEO in achieving financial objectives and key value creation initiatives, along with managing the company’s finance, global supply chain and information technology teams. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Anuvu since 2019, where he was responsible for finance, people services, legal, supply chain and information technology. Before that, he held several other leadership roles, including President and Chief Executive Officer at CMTSU Liquidation (formerly known as Ciber), Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ciber and Vice President of Technology Services at Hewlett Packard Company.
He holds an MBA-equivalent degree in international business management with a specialization in international finance and international marketing from the University of Vienna. Named a Top 50 CFO by ONCONFERENCES and a Titan 100 award winner in 2023, Christian sits on the advisory board at UC Riverside for the Transformative Leadership Executive Program, and previously sat on the advisory board at the University of Denver’s School of Accountancy.

Chief People Officer
Brenna Swann joined ORBCOMM in 2018 and leads the company’s human resources management for 800 employees spanning 25 countries around the world. Ms. Swann is responsible for all aspects of the employee experience, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, compensation and benefits, employee training as well as corporate services.
She is committed to fostering a positive, dynamic and diverse corporate culture that empowers employees to come together as ONE ORBCOMM to drive innovation, deliver world-class IoT products and delight our customers. Ms. Swann has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and has served as a trusted business partner and strategic advisor for global technology companies, including General Dynamics and Viavi Solutions, as well as Loblaw Companies Ltd., Canada’s largest food retailer.
Ms. Swann received a Diploma in Business Administration from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Human Resources from Athabasca University. She is also a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and has been a featured human resources expert in a number of industry publications.

Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer
Udaya Shrivastava joined ORBCOMM as Chief Technology Officer in 2024. She is an innovation- and growth-oriented technology leader with extensive experience in delivering differentiated engineering and SaaS offerings to customers. Her most recent role was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Honeywell’s Building Automation strategic business group, where she was responsible for delivering the building controls portfolio covering life safety, security, building management systems and enterprise platforms for operational efficiency, sustainability, and occupant experience.
She drives AI advocacy, leveraging AI and real-time data for improved operations. With a background in chemical engineering and business management, Udaya started her career at ABB as an engineer in its chemical, oil and gas division, and has held leadership roles at Invensys (Schneider-Electric) and GE Intelligent Platforms, driving end-to-end control systems. Udaya has led diverse talent across global locations and believes in promoting an inclusive workplace. She is also passionate about STEM and diversity in the community. She loves playing board games and road trips. She and her family have done road trips across 8 countries.

Chief Commercial Officer
Christian Allred joined ORBCOMM in 2006. He is responsible for managing ORBCOMM’s P&L related to the Maritime line of business, which provides cutting-edge technological solutions in managing supply chain visibility through asset monitoring of dry and refrigerated shipping containers. Prior to this role, Christian managed the international sales teams across key vertical markets, including transportation, heavy equipment, satellite services, containers and ports and maritime, achieving the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
Additionally, Christian was responsible for expanding the regulatory approvals of ORBCOMM’s satellite network services throughout the world, working with telecom regulators to approve frequency allocations and set up in-country partners and value-added resellers. He expanded the authorized country list by more than 40 countries, enabling expansion of the satellite business. He has more than 25 years of experience in managing global sales and marketing teams and building global distribution channels for technology companies within the M2M and IoT industries.
Prior to joining ORBCOMM, Christian was Vice President of Sales at Enfora, where he managed sales activities to telematics companies, M2M/IoT integrators and network operators throughout Latin America, Europe and the U.S. Christian began his career with MicroAge and later Pinacor, holding positions as Wireless Data Analyst, Program Manager, Director of Marketing, and General Manager of Mobility Solutions. Christian holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University, a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.

President, SKYWAVE
Dave Roscoe joined ORBCOMM in 2015 through the company’s acquisition of SkyWave Mobile Communications and leads the Satellite Communications and Products group. Dr. Roscoe is responsible for ORBCOMM’s OG2, IDP and OGx satellite networks, as well as the design, development and volume manufacturing of ORBCOMM’s comprehensive IoT device portfolio.
He has over 25 years of experience in engineering roles in the high-tech telecommunications sector and research environments, including executive and technical management roles. Prior to ORBCOMM, he held technical and executive positions at SkyWave Mobile Communications during the development of the GlobalWave and IDP satellite networks. He also worked for the Communications Research Center as a senior RF antenna design engineer, developing antennas from low frequency RF ID tags to Ka-band phased array communication antennas.
Dr. Roscoe earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering along with a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with specializations in antennas and electromagnetics, all from the University of Manitoba. He holds 10 patents, has been a contributor in 56 publications and was a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa.

General Counsel
Monica DeNeale joined ORBCOMM in 2023 and serves as the company’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She leads ORBCOMM’s Legal team, which is responsible for global ethics and compliance, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, contract negotiation, intellectual property and commercial transactions. Ms. DeNeale provides strategic legal counsel to the executive leadership team to help drive ORBCOMM to a higher level of growth and leadership in the global industrial IoT industry. Prior to ORBCOMM, Ms. DeNeale was the General Counsel of Granicus, a Vista Equity and Harvest Partners company, Vice President and General Counsel, Americas at Hitachi Vantara and the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Hitachi Vantara Federal Corporation.
With more than 20 years of legal experience, Ms. DeNeale has participated in and led legal organizations responsible for commercial and public sector software-as-a-service offerings, on premise software licensing and hardware products and solutions, as well as corporate governance, litigation, privacy and ethics and compliance. She received a B.A. degree from Virginia Wesleyan University and a J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Chief Strategy Officer
Olivier Dufourmantelle is the Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief of Staff at ORBCOMM. He has over 20 years of international experience in various executive positions, ranging from start-ups to large publicly traded companies. His diverse background includes serving as the COO of Canopy Growth (TSX: WEED), where he oversaw operations from start-up to +10B CAD market cap. He also co-started RIV Capital (TSX: RIV), a venture capital fund, advised Canada’s largest companies at McKinsey & Co., and led the construction of a major tire manufacturing facility in China for Michelin. Olivier has led several entrepreneurial ventures focusing on regulated industries with high barriers to entry.
Olivier holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is certified P.Eng. and ICD.D.
