Marc J. Eisenberg, Chief Executive Officer
Marc Eisenberg joined ORBCOMM in 2002 and has served in a variety of roles beginning as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Eisenberg was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2008. Before joining ORBCOMM, Mr. Eisenberg was a Senior Vice President of Cablevision Electronics Investments, where he was responsible, among other duties, for selling Cablevision services including video and Internet subscriptions through its retail channel. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at the consumer electronics company, The Wiz, he was responsible for more than 2,000 employees and $1 billion in annual sales.
Christian G. Le Brun, Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Christian Le Brun joined ORBCOMM in 2005. Prior to joining ORBCOMM, Mr. Le Brun was an attorney with Chadbourne and Parke LLP, where he oversaw a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and work-outs, as well as debt and equity financing arrangements involving publicly-held and private companies. Mr. Le Brun received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.S. in finance from Lehigh University.
Craig E. Malone, Executive Vice President, Product Development
Craig Malone joined ORBCOMM in 2011 as the Senior Vice President of Product Development. Mr. Malone has over 20 years of experience in leading teams engaged in the development of innovative products and solutions for the M2M, wireless and telecommunications industries. Prior to ORBCOMM, Mr. Malone was the Senior Vice President of Product Development and Operations at Skybitz. He also served as the Vice President of Product Development and Chief Technology Officer at GeoLogic Solutions and held executive positions at Philips Electronics and Raytheon Company. Mr. Malone received his M.S. in Physics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his B.S. in Physics from the University of Massachusetts.
Constantine “Dean” Milcos, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Dean Milcos joined ORBCOMM in 2013 and oversees the Company’s financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, accounting, tax and treasury functions. Mr. Milcos most recently served as ORBCOMM’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since 2013 and Interim Chief Financial Officer from May to September 2018. Prior to joining ORBCOMM, Mr. Milcos served in various accounting roles at Medco Health Solutions, most recently serving as Vice President, SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting and Controls from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Milcos received a B.S. in accounting from Lehigh University and a M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
John J. Stolte, Jr., Executive Vice President, Technology and Operations
John Stolte joined ORBCOMM in 2001 and is responsible for the technology and operations group, including the development, launch and operation of ORBCOMM’s second generation satellite constellation as well as ground infrastructure development and support, customer access portals and corporate-wide information systems. He has more than 25 years of technology management experience in the aerospace and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining ORBCOMM, Mr. Stolte held a number of senior management positions at Orbital Sciences Corporation, where he was responsible for the design, manufacturing and launch of ORBCOMM’s first generation satellite constellation. Mr. Stolte began his career with McDonnell Douglas in a number of positions, including at the Naval Research Laboratory, where he led the successful integration, test and launch of a multi-billion dollar defense satellite. Mr. Stolte has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Davis and a MBA from George Mason University.
Jerome B. Eisenberg, Chairman
Jerome Eisenberg joined the Board of Directors of ORBCOMM in 2001 and served as CEO and President of ORBCOMM from 2004 to 2008. A satellite industry veteran, Mr. Eisenberg helped found Satcom in 1993. Before becoming a satellite pioneer, Mr. Eisenberg was a partner in the law firm of Eisenberg, Honig and Folger; CEO and President of Helenwood Manufacturing Corporation, a manufacturer of equipment for the U.S. Department of Defense; and Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of New York. Mr. Eisenberg is the father of Marc Eisenberg.

Marco Fuchs, Director
Marco Fuchs joined the ORBCOMM Board of Directors in 2001. Mr. Fuchs is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Managing Board of OHB Technology A.G., positions he has held since 2000. Previously, Mr. Fuchs worked at OHB Orbitale Hochtechnologie Bremen-System A.G., first as a Prokurist (authorized signatory) and then as Managing Director. Prior to that, he worked as an attorney for Jones, Day, Reavis and Pogue in New York, and in Frankfurt am Main.
Denise Gibson, Director
Denise Gibson was elected to the ORBCOMM Board of Directors commencing in October 2018. Ms. Gibson presently serves as Co-Founder and Chairman of Ice Mobility, a national distributor of wireless products and provider of supply chain solutions. She also presently serves on the Board of Directors for VOXX International Corporation and Orica Ltd. Previously, Ms. Gibson was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brightstar US, a leading marketing, channel sales and integrated supply chain services company for the global wireless industry. Prior to that, Ms. Gibson spent 17 years with Motorola, Inc., where she held several executive management positions, including Vice President and Director of North American Consumer Technical Solutions and Vice President and General Manager for U.S. Markets in the Personal Communications Sector.
Karen Gould, Director
Karen Gould was elected to the ORBCOMM Board of Directors in June 2018. Ms. Gould presently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Turner Corporation in New York. She also presently serves on the Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chair of Clark Builders, a subsidiary of Turner Construction operating in Canada. Previously, Ms. Gould held various senior executive positions in the telecommunications industry, including at Bell Canada, AT&T, Centerpost Corporation, and Ameritech Corporation, and was also a founding principal of several start-ups. Prior to that, she served as an Investment Banker at Kidder, Peabody & Company where she focused on serving technology and other high-growth companies and at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Timothy Kelleher, Director
Timothy Kelleher rejoined the ORBCOMM Board of Directors in March of 2008 after previously serving from December 2005 to June 2007. He is a Managing Member of KMCP Advisors II, LLC and Silver Canyon Group, LLC (investment management), and is focused on providing growth capital to established companies. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Pacific Corporate Group, which he joined in 2002. Prior to joining Pacific Corporate Group, Mr. Kelleher was a Partner and Senior Vice President at Desai Capital Management Incorporated from 1992 to 2002, and held positions at Entrecanales, Inc., L.F. Rothschild and Co. Incorporated and Arthur Young and Co.
John Major, Director
John Major joined the ORBCOMM Board of Directors in April 2007. Mr. Major is the founder and President of MTSG (strategic consulting and investment). From April 2004 to October 2006, Mr. Major also served as Chief Executive Officer of Apacheta Corporation, a privately held mobile, wireless software company. From August 2000 until January 2003, Mr. Major also held Chief Executive positions at Novatel Wireless, Inc., a wireless data access solutions company and Wireless Knowledge, a joint venture of Qualcomm Inc. and Microsoft Corp., positions he attained after nearly 20 years of wireless experience at industry powerhouses including Qualcomm and Motorola. Mr. Major is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Broadcom Corporation and a director of Lennox International, Inc., and Littelfuse, Inc.
