In support of these commitments, employees who have serious concerns about ORBCOMM’s adherence to our business code of conduct and ethics should report them in accordance the procedure outlined in our Whistleblower Policy.

In addition, ORBCOMM is committed to sourcing materials from suppliers that share our concern about human rights violations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) region and will continue working with our suppliers to drive towards complete conflict-free sourcing. We support the actions taken by governments and organizations to increase supply chain transparency in support of the shared goal of ending conflict in the DRC and surrounding region. ORBCOMM has developed a Conflict Minerals Compliance Program that meets the requirements established by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, and we file a Conflict Minerals Report annually with the SEC.
